The following terms and conditions (the “agreement”) govern your use of the Queen’s Quay Residences Condominium Community website http://www.211QueensQuayWest.ca (referred to as “website”) managed by the MTCC-690 Board of Directors and its duly appointed representatives (referred to as “MTCC-690”). By using this website, you accept that you have read and understood the following, agree to these terms and policies in full, and are bound by this agreement. If you disagree, in whole or in part, with any of these terms and policies, your only remedy is not to use this website.
These terms and conditions may be amended from time-to-time at the sole discretion of MTCC-690. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. A user ID and password (selected by you) will enable you to access the website. All identifiable personal information is optional when requested, and when collected will be treated as confidential; it will be shared only within the resident community, AND ONLY with your express permission. All such information is stored securely by the website hosting provider.

You acknowledge that MTCC-690 has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the discussion forums to protect MTCC-690, its members and any third party, and to comply with legal obligations.
You acknowledge that all posts and transmissions made to the discussion forum express the views and opinions of the author of such posts and not of MTCC-690 or its directors, officers, agents, employees, administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people).
MTCC-690 reserves the right to refuse to post, and to remove or edit any forum material at any time, including the closing of any discussion topic, in whole or in part, for any reason, as long as the edits are duly attributed. MTCC-690 reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate a discussion forum or to delete a forum without notice and for any reason.
You acknowledge that any material submitted to or retrieved from the forum is routed through third party computers and the Internet, which are inherently insecure, and that MTCC-690 is not responsible for lapses in online security and does not assume liability for improper use of website content by a third party by any means.
MTCC-690 may add, delete or change the Content at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice to you.
At its sole discretion and for any reason, MTCC-690 may disable your user account or terminate your access to any forum at any time without notice to you.

The website is provided to you “as is” and “as available”, with no representations or warranties of any kind, you use the website at your own risk. You acknowledge that your access and use of the website is voluntary, that the information herein is for your knowledge of management- and board-related matters regarding the Queen’s Quay Residences Condominium Community, and that the site may be unavailable from time to time.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will any of MTCC-690, its directors, officers, managers, webmasters, employees, agents, representatives or the content providers be liable or responsible to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising out of or in connection the use of this website, whether or not you or MTCC-690 have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances shall MTCC-690 be liable to you for any amount of services rendered pursuant to this agreement. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the website, content or services is to cease all use of the site.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement constitutes a contract made under, and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the province of Ontario; any disputes relating to the terms and policies herein will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the province of Ontario.
