Welcome to the web site of Queen’s Quay Residences, a collection of unique luxury condominium residences located on the top four floors of a well-known waterfront landmark, the Queen’s Quay Terminal.
The photo album below will give you a glimpse of this unique and wonderful building and its surroundings.
Surrounded by the shores of Lake Ontario on its East and South sides, and the brand new Ontario Square and Canada Square parks on its West side, Queen’s Quay terminal is the work of the renowned Canadian architect Eberhard Heinrich Zeidler, well known for the Toronto Eaton Center and Ontario Place (among many other landmark buildings).
Below the top floor residences, the Terminal is home to high-end specialty retail, gourmet restaurants, class A office space, and two cultural institutions, The Museum of Inuit Art and The Fleck Dance Theatre and it is situated at the heart of the Waterfront and the new South Core, called by some urbanists “the downtown of the 21st century”.
With two streetcar lines stopping at its doors, a PATH entrance across the street in the new Royal Bank building, and a 5-minute walk (or two streetcar stops) to Union Station, its accessibility is second to none. The completion of the Queen’s Quay Revitalization project in the summer of 2015 will see our surroundings transformed into one of the most beautiful boulevards in the city.
